Returns

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

 

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Return Process

  • Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
